Belt squat helps you get nice and low, hitting that teardrop like crazy, without pressure on your back.

Lighten the weight, find a stance that is comfortable for you, and go as low as possible.

This is a tremendous exercise following heavy squats!

I recommend 4-5 sets of 8-15 reps. The quad pump is insane!
