While Oktoberfest may be most associated with Munich, the \"Strong Beer Festival,\" Starkbierfest, in the spring is even larger! Although it may be a little more laid back..
the tents open about 6 p.m. and shut down at midnight.. but it's no less active, with plenty
of opportunity to dress up in traditional clothing, munch pretzels, drink a cold one, and simply have fun.
