How are you Today?

For me personally, the past several months have been really difficult. I don't know about you (what about you)

Making choices, doing podcast interviews, completing and preparing the publication of my new book, overcoming fear, and always asking oneself, "Am I doing the right thing?"

I'm starting to understand that every time we decide to challenge ourselves, we are actually testing ourselves.

But when faced with significant obstacles, if we don't have our feet on the ground, we could feel like giving up.

I had to accept that I was attempting to control my anxiety.

Even though I make an effort to be optimistic, I occasionally face difficulties.

How then can we survive these test-related months, weeks, hours, and seconds?

When I started, I found myself halfway through and gave up once out of fear that I wouldn't make it and wouldn't have the confidence and strength to continue.

So I withdrew, cooled myself, thought about myself and the situations at the time.

Then I recalled the second time, when I arrived without stopping, moved at my own pace, and simply looked ahead. That's what matters, after all.

How do you respond when difficulties arise, when you sense dread or disappointment, or are you simply fed up with trying and failing?

Are you moving back or embracing new challenges?

Like me, I'm sure you're pondering which direction to go. Should you start over from the beginning? How safe do you feel?

Or are you advancing toward something new and taking on new challenges?

I have made the decision to proceed because I believe that the heart will always provide the solution when difficulties arise.

I'm only a human, after all.
