Another warmup video, 6 weeks after the previous one (August 19th, 2022). My cardio has improved steadily, body became more dense and fat slightly reduced. Still 83.1 kg's (182.82 lbs). My knee has slowly gained strength, my tendons also getting stronger while slowly elongated as well.

Today felt really good, shots were almost automatic.

Warmup shoot around is very important. Spending 10-15 minutes to slowly warm up the body and get a solid feel for the basket is very important if you are serious about basketball.

As recent as beginning of May, 2022 I was over 94kg (206.8 lbs). In my life previously I was never above 200 lbs I don't think. This time it was sedated life style caused by Covid-19. I pretty much became a pig for nearly 3 years. I just ate, and slept. Nearly zero physical activities. All things considered I could've been even fatter.

On May 1st, 2022 I decided to wake up and become active in life again. Since then I've been going to hot springs, calling old friends to hangout, started to go out to eat, started to hit up females, at least flirt with them. :P ^_^ And of course, pickup my beloved game of basketball. By staying disciplined and doing things on a steady pace, I've dropped over 10kg in about 2 months. My cardio condition was absolutely crap in May, now I'm nearly back to my peak condition already. Feels awesome.
