DARPA Gene Editing injections CRISPR CAS Mind Control

Looks at the electromagnetic affects of low-level radiation on man and DARPA's experiments on the BRAIN. MIND to MACHINE interfaces.
In 1965 they experimented with using low level radiation to control.
DARPA may have the technology to control the human mind but a more permanent type of mind control by modifying the human brain by DNA using GENE EDITING TOOLS like CRISPR and put it together with an enzyme called CAS and you put these together where it can be INJECTED into bodies.
