Hot Fridge Pickles. Should be enjoyed along side your Bread & Butter and Dill pickles. Sweet Heat!
This Recipe is for 3 X 500ml - 17oz Mason Jars:
3 cups vinegar
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tbs Black Peppercorn seeds
1 1/2 tbs of Sugar
Note: I had 6 X 1000ml Jars, so I had to do 4 X the above recipe.
I hope you try these one day. If you like heat, you'll like these pickles.
