1. Putin told why the US preventive nuclear strike on Russia is ineffective

Russian President Vladimir Putin explained why an American "disarming" strike on Russia would be ineffective.

“The US has a pre-emptive strike theory. They develop the theory of "disarming" strike. This is a strike with modern high-tech means, which should be inflicted on control points, deprive the enemy of control systems, and so on,” Putin said during a press conference in Bishkek.

He said that the Americans intended to deliver a disarming strike using hypersonic systems. True, the United States does not have them yet - but Russia does. The President noted that, perhaps in this light, one should think about adopting the ideas of the Americans to ensure their security.

“In our strategy, a retaliatory strike is formulated. Our missile attack warning system detects missile launches in the direction of the territory of the Russian Federation. Then the answer begins. We regularly conduct exercises of nuclear forces, we inform about them. After the early warning system receives a signal about a missile attack, hundreds of our missiles are in the air from our side. It is impossible to stop them,” Putin stressed.

The fundamental difference in the approaches of the two states, Vladimir Putin noted, is that, according to our strategy, the fall of warheads of enemy missiles on Russia is inevitable. But nothing will remain of the enemy, because it will be impossible to intercept hundreds of missiles fired by us. And this is a deterrent.

Putin added that, nevertheless, there is something to think about if the Americans believe that such a strike is still possible. According to the President, the threats that such ideas pose for Russia in the field of defense of other countries should be considered.

Russian President Vladimir Putin vowed on Friday that any country that dared attack Russia with nuclear weapons would be wiped from the face of the earth.

Putin said Russia had no mandate to launch a preventative first nuclear strike, unlike the United States, but that Russia's advanced hypersonic weapons would ensure Russia could respond forcefully if it ever came under attack.

Он сообщил, что американцы предполагали нанесение обезоруживающего удара с помощью гиперзвуковых систем. Их, правда, пока у США нет - а вот у России есть. Президент заметил, что, возможно, в этом свете следует подумать о том, чтобы взять на вооружение идеи американцев по обеспечению своей безопасности. 

«В нашей стратегии сформулирован ответно-встречный удар. Наша система #предупреждения о ракетном нападении фиксирует старты #ракеты в направлении территории РФ. Потом начинается #ответ. Мы же регулярно проводим учения ядерных сил, мы информируем о них. После того как СПРН получает #сигнал о ракетном нападении, с нашей стороны в воздухе оказываются сотни наших ракет. Остановить их невозможно», - подчеркнул Путин. 

Принципиальная разница в подходах двух государств, заметил Владимир Путин, в том, что по нашей стратегии падение головных частей вражеских ракет на Россию неизбежно. Но и от противника при этом ничего не останется, потому что перехватить сотни выпущенных нами ракет будет невозможно. И это - #сдерживающий #фактор. 

Путин добавил, что тем не менее есть над чем задуматься, если #американцы считают, что такой удар все-таки возможен. По словам президента, следует обдумать #угрозы, которые создают для России такие идеи в сфере #обороны других стран.
