Foreclosure Filings Increase 100% YOY - Value Declines Increase Across the US - Housing Bubble 2.0

Today we review another significant increase in Foreclosure Filings. The Foreclosure starts for November 2022 increase almost 100% YOY. This has been consistent over the past few months is a good indicator that the Real Estate market is getting back to "norma" with respect to Foreclosure activity. Expectations for these filings is that we should see a slow down over December due to the Holidays , however January should post a massive increase, which would be in line with a normal Housing Market. The volume of Foreclosures will push the Housing Market from Correction into Crash territory.
