Los guisos de carne son de esos platos que no defraudan, siempre que tengamos un buen punto en la carne. Son platos completos por sí solos, o bien acompañados de guarniciones. Hoy hemos comido en casa una receta de estofado de ternera al vino tinto, un plato con muchísimo sabor de la carne y de un buen vino tinto.
Ingredientes para 4 personas.
800 gr de ternera para guisar (morcillo), aceite de oliva, harina, 200 gr de zanahorias, 200 gr de cebolla, 2 ajos, 200 gr de tomate natural triturado, 1/2 litro de vino tinto, 1/2 litro de caldo de carne o agua, 1 bouquet garni, sal y pimienta.
