As a leader, here are 6 ways how you can improve employee focus.

1. Create an environment that limits distractions. If they work remote, understand their environment.
2. Set a culture that limits interruptions. Be mindful of when you do it to them and ask them to do the same for you.
3. Teach them how to respectfully say "no." Even to you.
4. Limit the talk, yours and theirs.
5. Audit your meetings, challenge yourself on the need and frequency.
6. Give them solid goals, achievable but with good tension to stretch them.
