sear Steak on Pellet Grills easily #shorts

Sear steak on a pellet grill with no sear option by taking everything out and get a griddle above the burn pot and set your pellet grill to high. I used a raised rack for expansion purposes on grills to get lower to the burn pot and used a cast iron griddle on top to achieve the desired heat to sear these steaks. #shorts #pelletgrill #seared
