Merkel's Minsk agreement сomments are ‘disappointing' - Putin

Vladimir Putin has described Angel Merkel’s latest comments about Minsk agreements as ‘out of the blue’. It means Russia did the right thing starting the special military operation, he added, as it turned out that no-one was going to implement those accords.
