Baked Jerk Chicken | Family Favourite

Ingredients:

2.5 pounds of chicken (thighs and drumsticks used in video)
3 stalks of spring onion and 1/4 cooking onion (chopped and blended)
Jerk and Bake seasoning (Irie Brand)
All Purpose seasoning (Irie Brand)
Thyme
Browning
Soya Sauce
Black Pepper
Jerk Seasoning (Walkerswood brand)
Oil (Avocado used in the video)

Mix seasoning into chicken, cover and marinate for 30 mins in fridge or skip marinating and transfer chicken to baking dish and bake at 415 degrees for 45 mins - 1 hour depending on preference (colour, gravy amount etc).

Serve hot and devour immediately!
