Covert Narcissism Lesson @demarscoaching. Covert Narcissists are covert BUT all Narcissists love to brag and accidentally tell on themselves. In this video David Demars advises his audience on how to trigger their work colleagues into reacting in front of the boss with the goal of getting them to quit or be fired. His ill advised comments are a Narcisstic tell and explain exactly his M.O when dealing with Val Steele from Toxic Free. Val and David were online friends for 14 months, they spent hours talking over the phone and texting until Val accidentally triggered David. The discard came hard and fast. Once Val realised what had actually just happened, Val suspected that David wasn't genuine. Since then Val saw all the red flags she had overlooked and tried to warn the public about this "life-coach". David has run a smear campaign on Val ever since by utilizing ever covert tactic outlined in this video. Including an attempt to trivialize and minimize her position, make her look crazy by "dog-whistling" (so only Val hears it), deliberately triggering her and then standing back acting all innocent knowing that the "boss won't believe its you". Even that sentence is a tell. IF he was the innocent party, he would have said the boss would see that you haven't done anything wrong or something similar.
