The night of February 1st 2012 changed the lives of the Koenig family forever. Serial killer Israel Keyes planned and orchestrated a kidnapping at an Anchorage coffee shack. Utilising a police scanner, he conducted a brazen abduction that was caught on CCTV. Some interesting details are mentioned, one of which being the conversation that appeared to be happening between Keyes and Samantha. This conversation was made a focus of the investigation according to this video and implies that Keyes and Samantha had chatted before and could hint toward the stalking theory when it comes to this case.
