In one of the biggest, catastrophic decisions that a United States President has ever made, the demonstrably incompetent United States President Biden, today, handed Russian Dictator Vladimir Putin a jackpot public relations victory.

Biden exchanged Viktor Bout, AKA "The Merchant of Death", a notorious arms dealer, who had only served 10 years of a 25 year prison sentence in the United States as a Russian asset for providing heavy weapons to terrorists and for conspiring to kill Americans for disgraced, convicted criminal, Olympian and WNBA basketball player, Brittney Griner, who was serving only 10 months of a 9 year prison sentence in a Russian prison.

Griner was convicted of smuggling hash oil into Russia.
Griner had the world at her feet and instead decided to disgrace our flag and our country by taking a knee at her games while the National Anthem played. The same country that gave her the legal right to marry a woman and to smoke marijuana.

President Biden, in this inexplicable, unjustified, and unwarranted sudden prisoner exchange, has, once again, disgraced himself.

We at William Steel True Crime, here, make clear, that we agree that Ms. Griner received a harsh sentence for smuggling hash oil into Russia.
However, that being said, she was advised of the other countries laws prior to her travels and Ms. Griner had travelled to Russia previously.

As human beings with compassion, we are certainly happy for her newfound freedom. After decades of tracking and finally capturing Viktor Bout, demonstrably one of the most dangerous people on the planet, captured in a sting operation orchestrated by incredibly brave members of American law enforcement, should never have been exchanged for any prisoner, under any circumstances,

American heroes like Mr. Paul Whelan, still languish in the abysmal, abusive conditions of the Russian prison system. On June 15th, 2020, Mr. Whelan was convicted and sentenced to 16 years in a Russian prison, after complaining that Russian customs authorities stole $80,000.00 in cash from him, he was falsely accused of espionage.

Whelan said in court that all the case was a sham to use him to influence the United States: "We have proven my innocence... We have proven fabrication. This is slimy, greasy corrupt Russian politics, nothing more, nothing less."

Various sources close to this case have revealed that Viktor bought was recently flipped as an intelligence asset for the United States against Putin and his other contacts around the world in exchange for his release. We will keep you informed of any other developments along these lines.
