Do you have Low Self-Esteem?
According to Bartle.com 85% of the people have low self-esteem.
Low self-esteem is usually linked to critical self-concept.
Self-concept is described as a belief about one's personal concept.
Negative or Limited Beliefs come from family upbringing, abuse, trauma, negative life experiences.
With proper help and consistent positive behavior habits, this can be changed. It is possible to improve your self-esteem.
Mirror activity
Get a mirror and pencil and paper.
Look in the mirror. Really look.
What do you see?
The positive things.
Write them down on your paper.
Then write down 5 things you love about you
in the form of "I am" statements.
TRY THIS:

5 sticky notes
Put up all around your house
Repeat every time you see one
Set a timer
Increase 5-10 etc.
Follow through with these steps and come back and comment on how you feel it helped you.
