25 Minute Chair Yoga - Full Body Stretch

Welcome to this seated chair yoga class. For this particular class we will move through stretches and poses seated the entire time. You do have the option to stand for some of the poses and stretches just please do so safely. You can reach out to me with any questions about standing variations.

I am not using music in the background of this class. If you prefer music 🎶, take a moment to pause this video and put on some music of your choice. You may want something soothing and calm that will allow for a peaceful atmosphere.

I will offer some adaptions as we flow. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions about adaptions offered or anything else yoga or wellness related.
