5 Minute Stretch For Spine, Legs, and Abs

We are going to move through the following stretches

1) Belly/spinal twist
2) Seated supported chair 🪑
3) Leg extensions with adaptions to work the core (abs)

These stretches can be done any time of day or night to get a stretch, increase flexibility, and adaptions to work the core. You can rewatch this video to work through adaptions or use a timer to go through the leg extensions and abdominal moves to get an abdominal workout.
