THE Best Way To Hang A Security Camera on Soffit

This video will show you an easy way to install a security camera on a vinyl soffit. If you have ever tried to hang a camera or anything from the vinyl soffit, you will know that it is a challenge. This quick little tip works so great that I will be doing this for everyone I put up from now on. It is rock solid and the security camera isn't going anywhere. I wish I could take credit for this idea but I found it from a quick search on another video on YouTube. Here is the link from where I got the idea https://youtu.be/UjWkB0UZM1M. Originally I installed mine by cutting a hole and installing a cut-in drywall ring. Then mount the bracket to a wall plate and screw that to the drywall ring. It worked ok but nad I never had one fall, it just wasn't sturdy like this method. This is less intrusive as you only drill a little hole for the wire to pass through. Works great and is very sturdy.
