WEF released this video yesterday titled 'We are entering the era of megalopolis'

Cities around the world are merging as they grow and spread forming supercities connected by urban sprawl. The largest megalopolis is in China - it’s known as the Greater Bay Area.

This is basically the blueprint of the smart city vision. To have the masses packed like sardines living in an environment of which they are directly connected to; aka The Internet of Bodies and The Internet of Things.
