Fewer stores nationwide are participating in the WIC program

The nationwide baby formula shortage is exposing a separate and serious problem for some low-income families. WIC, a government program that helps parents pay for healthy food, is becoming more difficult to access in some areas of the country, and it's babies who are paying the price.
