Bakersfield women's boutique feels the sting of inflation

After making it through the pandemic, a Bakersfield boutique celebrated its 40th anniversary in business this week. However, with rising inflation driving up prices and making people shy about spending, the owners of Sugardaddy's Women's Boutique say they're struggling to make ends meet.
