These guys, they wanted to house hack. So they're these military guys that come into town and the biggest building you can get with a residential loan is a quadruplex. So quadruplets were all the rage. And so as an agent, I had enough people that wanted quads. I could do a letter campaign specifically to anyone who owns quads in this one location. One guy wanted a quad-ocean view. So I sent, I think, 56 letters. One time I closed three quads and one of the guys who had a quad said, I have a 24 unit too.
