Captured AFU servicemen described absurd orders from commanders and reluctance to leadership to arrange any supplies

💬'As the commander told us, there's two or three days and we'll be out. But we were on our way out, but your guys managed to take us out quicker. We initially understood that they were throwing us, like cannon fodder. Then, as we began to understand that we were in a hopeless situation, we had to go out or we would all go down'.

💬'They promised to make trenches and they never did it. Then they promised that there would be a MT-LB, that is, such things. And when we asked each time how long to stay at the positions, we were told - a couple of days more'.

🔹 Addressing their comrades, the AFU soldiers urged them to lay down their arms and not to take part in any more combat operations.
