I N G R E D I E N T S

For the crust:
-6 servings Froot Loops (234g)
-2oz Skim Milk

For the cheesecake:
-16oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
-5.3oz Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
-2 Large Eggs
-2 Scoops Collagen Protein
-1/2 Tbsp Stevia Powder
-1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

I N S T R U C T I O N S

1. In a blender/food processor, blend Froot Loops (or breakfast cereal of choice) and milk. **Reserve half a serving of Froot Loops for garnish.**
2. Pour Froot Loop mix into a circular pan and flatten with measuring cup. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese (softened), Greek yogurt, eggs, collagen protein, sweetener and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
4. Pour cheesecake mix over crust and flatted with spoon/spatula. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
5. Crush up a few Froot Loops and sprinkle over to garnish. Place in refrigerator to cool for 30 minutes before serving.
