Ever wondered why and HOW Kante is so famously fit?

I know you could only wish to run like that, but in this video I talk about how you can actually gain fitness as a football player.

Footballers are required to run, A LOT. But so many players get football fitness completely wrong. They think a 5km run is the best option, and that couldn't be any further from the truth.

You must relate your fitness work to the type of movements you'd do in a match.
