A prophecy (message from The LORD) must reveal GOD's Character, GOD'S Ways and His Word.
In doubt we should pray, with faith, for GOD to reveal to us if a Message is from HIM or not. (1 Thes 5:20-21)

1 Thessalonians 5:20-21
Do not despise prophecies,
21 but test everything; hold fast what is good.

GOD speaks in many different ways, including as a "still small voice" (1 Kings 19:12-13);
also audibly (Acts 8:26) also through dreams and visions and then a message (Daniel 2:28, Numbers 12:6, Daniel 7:1, 2 Samuel 7:14.
Also open visions (Acts 9:3, Luke 1:11)
(Acts 18:9)

How to know when a vision or a dream or a message is from the Holy Spirit? By discernment. Yeshua (Jesus) said in John 10:27
“My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me:”

MESSAGE TO THE 144,000 WITNESSES

I was outside on my backyard organizing few things. When suddenly I heard in my Spirit:

"YOU WILL SOON DEPART. OUT OF THIS WORLD. BE READY"

I asked: "Be ready? How?"

I heard:
"FORGIVE EVERYONE..
LOVE EVERYONE.
YOU WILL WITNESS TO ALL THOSE LEFT BEHIND.
YOU WILL LEAVE EVERYTHING BEHIND.
NOTHING IN THIS WORLD WILL MATTER TO YOU (speaking of material things, worldly things).
YOU WILL NOT BRING ANYTHING WITH YOU.
I WILL LEAD YOU. I WILL GUIDE YOU."

Greater measure of Tribulation is about to begin.
Stay ready with your lamps filled with oil.
With your Worship songs to our Heavenly FATHER.
May PRAISES never depart from your lips. Praise HIM always. During good and bad times.
May your Faith never fail.
May your faith remain strong.
Keep the Word of GOD in your hearts. Be ready in season and out of season.
Be the salt of the earth.
Do not be weakened when you see darkness approaching.
Instead, know that I Your GOD, Am that I Am.
I Am the First and the Last
The Beginning and the ending.
I Am Coming to rescue My Faithful Remnant.
But many must endure Tribulations that are to come.
To test the faith of those who call Me LORD, but yet do not know Me.
They call Me LORD, yet they do not follow Me nor they obey My Commandments.
Many will fail with fear, for they do not know Me.
My Children, those who follow Me, Yeshua, Jesus Christ, will be guarded by ME and they will hear My Voice.
I will provide for them.

My Hand is on the earth.
And I will shake heavens and earth. Those who are in Me will not be shaken nor affected by what is to come.
Endure
Strengthen the weak.
Love one another
Forgive all.
Obey My Word.
Do not depart from My Commandments.
I Am The ALMIGHTY
And I Am Soon to rescue My Holy Remnant.
Be ready.
