Governmental Parentalism - Liberty Dispatch

In today's Liberty Dispatch I bring to light the rapid shift left of our American society and the rise of Governmental Parentalism. Simply put, it is the increase in the power of a centralized government at the expense of We The People and our individual liberties. How can this happen you may say? Apparently the voters want it. Instead of a Red Wave as many would have expected at the midterms the voters elected radical socialists in Arizona, Pennsylvania and Georgia. Milton Friedman said: “A society that puts equality before freedom will get neither. A society that puts freedom before equality will get a high degree of both.”

More and more people believe that the only solution to the ills of society is to have the Government take care of them. Traditional families and free enterprise is the backbone of the American society. Where the family goes, so does our country. There is hope...always. Let this be the wake-up call we need. I am optimistic.
