Celine Dion reveals she has a rare neurological disease

Celine Dion took to Instagram on Thursday (December 8) to reveal she has been diagnosed with a rare neurological disorder called Stiff Person Syndrome (SPS) that affects her singing, and will not be ready to restart her European tour in Spring 2023.
