South Australian Food & Wine

South Australia is renowned around the world for our food and wine culture, and the diversity of our premium quality producers and growers. The food and wine industry is one of our state's largest assets, generating billions of dollars in revenue each year.

In 2017, the Department of Primary Industries and Regions SA (PIRSA) commissioned Hughes to produce a series of seven videos; one for each of South Australia's key food and wine sectors. Narrated by Penfolds’ Chief Winemaker Peter Gago, the South Australian Food and Wine video explores and celebrates the diversity of South Australian premium food and wine.
