De ce e nevoie de mai multe zile pentru ca acest post negru sa fie eficient? Ca nu functioneaza altfel. Setarea intentiei este foarte importanta. Nu merge doar o zi. Credeti-ma. Medical e nevoie sa iti impingi limitele. Taina postului e simpla. E neovie de multe zile ca sa treci de rezistentele corpului si excesul de carbohidrati.
