OMAD Diaries Week 1 Ep1A

This week I ate chicken and rice; a salty leftover soup; a literal beef bowl; and chicken, mashed potatoes, and broccoli from Monday to Thursday.

Because I ended up coincidentally starting the serious weight loss phase on the D-Day anniversary, I thought I'd race the allies of me trying to achieve my target weight goal of at least 200lbs, on or before the date where they liberate Europe on V-E Day next year, May 8, 2023. I am documenting everything I eat from the start of this fitness project from D-Day to V-E Day and I hope I'll reach my goal by then.

This will be an accountability vlog where I mainly post what I eat in a day because something something "abs are made in the kitchen". I do intermittent fasting, specifically OMAD, or One Meal A Day, so filming and tracking the macros shouldn't be that hard ...theoretically. I started this vlog because I was not being strict and disciplined about having the consistency for a very long time and I thought now would be a good time to change that.
