El Pregón, a Spanish word meaning a street-seller's cry, has a particular meaning in Cuban music. It can be translated as a song of a street-seller's cry. In this case El Manisero by Antonio Machin, translated as the peanut salesman, is perhaps the most famous salsa song in Cuban cultural history. In this choreography project directed by Anana Latin Dance in Anchorage, Alaska in the fall of 2022 in variety of venues I, M. T Id, was selected as one of the performers. Enjoy.
