When you first got the relaxed song and brought it into your practice, what they say they didn't want to get in.
Well yeah, they did you know they were like you know. I don't want to get in it right now. You know I'm. You know. I'll, do it later, you know and then and then once they get into it, we can't stop them from coming every time they finish their workout. They want to come and jump in the sign up for 10-15 minutes and relax and and go home.
What kind of results are they getting they're getting great results?
They love it. They love it. They come out of there. Sometimes they'll get it before they get started. Just to warm them up and then when they're done with a with a good crossfit workout, which is really a strong strenuous workout yeah, they would come back and jump in and do it for about 10 minutes and then they'll go home and they're they're good.
Any specific instances where they were like really ecstatic?
Well, you know they all love it they're, inviting their friends to come down and try it. So they they actually really love.
