Got in the relaxed sauna with the hyperbaric chamber conference, yes, you got in the relaxed sauna and what happened to you.
I was, I didn't know what to expect. Initially, yeah I've never done much of a infrared, but I had clients asking and inquiring and I want you to relax. I was surprised that once I got out how relaxed I was um - and you know our referee in the evenings - yeah I'm stiff yeah and when I got out of here, I wasn't stiff because I'm sitting down.
I've been 10 minutes and I was not stiff And so I'm thinking to myself after my games, if I get in this sauna and push those toxins out of me yeah, it would really help me oh yeah and I'm from Houston, Texas, and we have a lot of older officials in football, and this will benefit Them tremendously .
Wow, I'm just I'm just amazed how I felt.
So how how often do you feel that relaxed?
