How has life in Minsk Belarus changed under sanctions?
Sanctions to almost every sector have definitely had an effect here but not as much as you may think.
I think the average price has increased by about 15-20%.
It does vary a lot from product to product and whether the good is imported or locally made.
In terms of the economy, there are less jobs being advertised although I do not know anyone who has lost their job.
Restaurants and cafes remain very busy during this time although bars are notably quieter but of course there are not many bars here anyway.
