After heavy deadlifts my lower back is toast. This is where t-bar row machines come in. Less low back strain and the machine puts you in the perfect position - this really hits your back!

I stay light, keep my form perfect, and flush the back with blood and volume as I get multiple sets.

I’ll take these over any other row any day of the week.
