This particular meditation is about becoming aware of the breath. This mindfulness practice is essential in order to increase the quality of the breath and also your breathwork sessions. I am a firm believer in building up lore around the breath, to help ascribe deeper meaning to each inhalation and exhalation and to become intimately aware of the breath - this way you gain special insight into the depth of your soul.
