Sounds a lot like imparting martial law
It's been believed that Russia continues to pressure Belarus into taking action in Ukraine
Belarus' activity thus far has been somewhat insignificant, outside of providing a platform for Russia to advance

On Saturday, Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shogu flew to Minsk (Belarus)
He and his counterpart signed agreements to co-operation in security, but didn't disclose the terms:
