Prisons closing in Tehachapi, Cal City, make locals anxious about the future of the area

Seven prisons will either fully or partially close across California over the next couple of years. Two of them are here in Kern County, including a facility at the prison in Tehachapi. 23ABC's Vania Patino went to speak with community members and leaders about the impact losing the prison facility will have.
