“Tani matagaan ako nila igtulupangod kay ako nalang di ang wala ma baydan sang nag widening, ₱274,000 ang gin-compute nila sa akon kay ang DPWH daw PABU man mo PABUNGUL-BUNGOL”-Lino Acopico, 61 years old, resident of Ungka,Jaro Iloilo City, half of his house was demolished by DPWH 6 because of road widening and he is complaining allegedly that DPWH did not pay him the exact amount around ₱274,000 computed by them until now since the day he fully complied the requirements and passed it to the office of the said department.
