Becker's Easy Eats S02E15: Easy Peri-Peri Chicken

Peri-peri (originally piri piri) is a type of chili pepper that grows mainly in parts of Africa. The Portuguese used this chili to develop the peri-peri sauce which can be used a a marinate or as a seasoning. In this video, I am doing my take of the world-famous peri-peri chicken using regular chilis while closely following the original ingredients. The result is a spicy, mouth-watering chicken dish you will definitely love! While usually served with chips (fries), I would personally prefer to have the chicken with rice (plain or flavored).

Easy Peri-Peri Chicken

Ingredients:
4 pcs boneless chicken thighs (750g total)
6 cloves garlic
½ cup rice vinegar
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
3 pcs red chilis (more if spicier dish is preferred)
½ red bell pepper
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1tsp dried thyme
4 tsp paprika
2 tsp brown sugar
