In this episode, CryptoRick discusses the case that no one seems to be talking about. Ripple was sued by FINCEN and the Office of the Attorney for acting as a money service business without registration from FINCEN. They were selling unlicensed XRP for fiat.

In 2015, Ripple was ordered to be 1 million + in penalties and XRP was deemed a "Virtual Currency". So how come this isnt used by Deaton or Ripple Lawyers as precedent? Theres something rotten in the state of Ripple. Was Jed McCaleb using the XRP II LLC to sell over the counter private to private institutionals and bankers?
