Attorneys for Patrick Lyoya's family announce lawsuit against Grand Rapids, ex-officer

Attorneys for the family of Patrick Lyoya, the man shot and killed by a Grand Rapids police officer earlier this year, have announced a lawsuit against the city and the officer on Wednesday.
