Neymar Jr and Brazil train as World Cup Quarter-Final against Croatia fast approaches

Brazil trained on Wednesday, as they continued their preparations ahead of their FIFA World Cup quarter-final against Croatia, which will take place at the Education City Stadium in Al Rayyan, Qatar on Friday.

The five-time world champions are one of the pre-tournament favourites and booked their place in the last eight after star forward Neymar Jr. returned and scored during a resounding 4-1 victory over South Korea in the Round of 16 stage.

Croatia, runners-up at the 2018 World Cup in Russia, edged past Japan on penalties to advance to the quarter-finals.

Brazil have yet to reach a World Cup final since they secured their fifth title in the Japan / South Korea tournament of 2002.

Either Argentina or the Netherlands await the winner of Brazil and Croatia in the semi-finals on Tuesday 13th December.
