Putin says threat of nuclear war is increasing

On Wednesday, Russian President Vladimir Putin said the threat of nuclear war is increasing but stopped short of pledging Russia would not be the first to resort to nuclear weapons in a conflict. Putin's comments came in a meeting at the Kremlin with Russia's human rights council.
