Water breath is a breath to help you find balance. If you're up, this breath will help bring you down. If you're down, it will help bring you up. Use this breath whenever you need balance, e.g. de-stressing while from work.
We're going to breathe in through our nose for four beats. Then out through our nose for four beats. On each breath fill your belly and your chest. 10 breaths per round.
