1993 Evinrude 60hp Rectifier/voltage regulator testing

Checking a 1993 Evinrude Tracker 60hp Rectifier / Voltage Reulator. Comparing the old Rectifier to the new Rectifier. What values do we have? What values should it be? When your battery is not charging its a dead give away that the regulator/rectifier is bad. But there can be other symptoms.
