Artist Bio: Since 2013 singer Verena and her four comrades-in-arms have been on the road as C4Service
In the tension between punk, hardcore and post-punk they can do both "female fronted" and also "male backed"; It doesn't matter.
They've released their first LP, 'Me First Society' with fifteen songs about social sh*t in general and in particular; mostly punchy and raw played, but not free of multilayered melodies and occasionally almost radio-ready.
Like on the first two EPs 'First Burst' and 'Un/Stable' they put emphasis on songs and are happy about such different "sounds-like"s from different "sounds-like "s from artists like Bullet Lavolta, Poison Idea, over Jingo de Lunch, Bad Brains, Motörhead with a female voice, to early Washington DC punk/hc.
